Dr. O'Brien is excellent he has many many bulldog clients. His cherry eye surgery is very specialized so that the gland is not cut out thus does not cause dry eye. I don't know of any other vet who does this and it works wonders. He's performed cherry eye surgeries on two of my bulldogs and they both have no eye issues and I don't need to put drops in their eyes at all.
